Dermify has been brought to you from a deep passion of dermatology, beauty and the small daily rituals that contribute to our overall health and wellbeing.

As a medical student, I gained a scientific appreciation of how delicate, permeable and responsive our skin is to its external environment. As the body’s largest organ, the skin is constantly in contact with the fabrics we live, rest and sleep in, making the materials we choose matter more than we often realise.

The fabrics closest to us are in many ways, an extension of our skincare routine. Textiles can influence the skin’s temperature, moisture levels, comfort and microbiome. Certain synthetic fibres and textile finishes may expose the skin to toxic chemical residues, including substances studied for their potential interference with our hormones.

I created Dermify to bring more care and intention to these everyday choices, with pieces designed to nurture the skin, hair and body through softer, more considered materials. Each piece is crafted from carefully researched and selected hypoallergenic, natural and breathable fibres, including mulberry silk. Our pieces are ethically made with certified materials, including GOTS-certified organic fibres, and non-toxic dyes certified by OEKO-TEX.
