Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time (Within AU):

We offer both Standard Post and Express Post within Australia.

Standard Post: approximately 2 to 8 business days
Express Post: approximately 1 to 3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delivery schedules, weather events, public holidays or other delays outside of Dermify’s control.

Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take longer than the estimated timeframes above. We appreciate your patience and understanding as your order makes its way to you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Authority to Leave

All Dermify parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery.

If no one is available to sign for your parcel, the carrier may leave a collection card or provide further delivery instructions. Please follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange collection or redelivery.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered or collected, Dermify is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced parcels.

International Shipping

Dermify does not currently offer international shipping. We hope to make our pieces available internationally in the future.
